Our Fees Explained

Family Law Fees

We charge clients fixed fees for almost all aspects of family law matters, this means if your matter is suitable for a fixed fee arrangement that you can enter into a fixed fee agreement and know exactly what your costs will be. If you and your partner have already reached agreement on the terms of settlement we can often formalise this agreement for a fixed fee starting at $6,600 (inc GST).

If your matter is in court your costs will usually be higher and a fixed fee arrangement won't always be possible, if this is the case you can be assured that you will always know exactly what you have been charged for and we will provide you with detailed estimates so you know what your future costs will be.

To assist client's meet their legal costs we are proud to be accredited with Just Fund which offers legal finance options to clients to ensure legal representation can be accessed with compromising. Learn more about Just Fund here.
