Brianna O'Meara

Lawyer

 

Brianna was admitted to legal practice in 2023 commencing her career in criminal law before moving into family law.

Brianna works in close consultation with Cathy Andrews to guarantee clients receive consistent, high quality legal services. This collaborative approach to file work means that Brianna is constantly building on her skill set and refining her approach as an exceptional lawyer. 

Brianna works across all domains of family law, she has experience in parenting, property, spousal maintenance and intervention order matters.

Clients will find Brianna’s approach to be settlement focused, placing a high priority on the best interest of children and ensuring clients feel heard and advocated for. 

Brianna sits on a Law Institute of Victoria Committee and enjoys volunteering at the Magpies Nest.

  • Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, College of Law
